1325 Flanders - Commercial and Residential Mix

The condos and lofts at 1325 Flanders have EX zoning (central employment) and may be used for commercial, residential or live/work. This building was built in 1911, and it features exposed brick, skylights, wood beams and high ceilings; it also has tax abatement.  The 1325 Flanders units are classic Pearl District Condos... old school warehouse conversions.  Part of the building is commercial and part of the building is residential.  This building is reminiscent of SOHO in New York... old, beautiful and classy.  There were not any condos available in the building as of the date of this posting, but if you are interested in this building or any of the warehouse conversion lofts in the Pearl, please let me know.
