HI Brian, I am a local business owner and I own just a couple of investment properties. Currently I am researching options available whereby I might be able to get acquainted with a hard money lender or investor to purchase some close in duplex/triplex properties. I have the asset base and great credit; but not a lot of cash on hand at this time. What are your thoughts, can you point me in any strategic directions? Do you ever run into properties like I have discussed here where the owner is willing to carry the contract with minimal down?
