The Henry condos and lofts are located in the heart of the Pearl districts brewery blocks on NW Couch between NW 11th and NW 12th Avenue. The building itself is 11 stories high with 123 units. The units range in size from 755 square feet up to 2945 square feet. This is the first building in the NW Pearl district to sell out prior to its completion in 2005.

Currently there are 4 condos for sale in the Henry ranging from $537,100 up to $995,000 with an average of $528 per square foot. In the last 90 days 2 condos have sold in the Henry ranging from $490,000 up to $1,023,750 with an average of $567 per square foot. These sold in around 21 days and were on average 1336 square feet in size. There are great restaurants in all price ranges within a block or two.  Blue Hour is a very high quality restaurant with amazing food, but it is somewhat expensive.  I really enjoy the Little Big Burger restaurant with its delicious hamburgers and french fries with truffle oil... really.

The units themselves are very modern with all the features you would expect in an upscale high rise condo building. They include large windows, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with granite and stainless steel appliances and balconies with views. The luxury suite that is currently for sale includes designer lighting and motorized window coverings. These condos are a nice mix between a traditional condo building and the new modern lofts with open floor plans. The units still have designated bedroom areas, but the living space is open concept with the kitchen open to the living area. The use of space in these units is well thought out and each one has its own flavor.

Overall living in the Henry is a true Portland experience. You are in the heart of the action and on the streetcar line. Parking is never an issue as you has your own designated spot in the garage; The safety in the building is state of the art with cameras and monitoring. This is a conveniently located building with luxury amenities. Once you are inside the bustle of the city seems to slip away and it is truly a wonderful place to call home.

Don't forget that the Henry Condos are literally across from Powells Books, a Portland Landmark and an amazing book store that takes up an entire city block. They also have a technical book store next door and an art gallery on the top floor of the main book store.  Check it out!
